Anhui Tianda Group is increasing its stock holdings of Anhui Tianda Oil Pipe Com

On September 18th, 2013, Anhui Tianda Group bought 20,000,000 H-shares with unit price of HKD 1.2 in the name of its affiliated company Tianfa International Development Corporation Limited. After this increased holding, Anhui Tianda Group and its affiliated companies hold 559,493,000 shares of Anhui Tianda Oil Pipe Company, that is, 55.53% of the total shares.
Anhui Tianda Group’s constantly increasing its holding of Anhui Tianda Oil Pipe Company’s Hong Kong-listed shares indicates its confidence of the future of the company.
